The smallest amount the platform currently allows you to send in one withdrawal.
GUIDE · BITCOIN IN SIMPLE WORDS
A practical beginner example — from withdrawing on Bybit EU to sending bitcoin to your own BlueWallet.

In Book 1, after Alex makes his first small bitcoin purchase, the next step is to move it to a wallet he controls himself. In the previous guide, we created a self-custody wallet with BlueWallet and found our own Bitcoin receiving address. Here, we continue from there and walk through an on-chain withdrawal from Bybit EU to your own wallet.
Bybit EU is used as one practical example. The interface, limits, fees, and verification steps may change over time.
You will follow the full path from the Withdraw screen to sending BTC to your own BlueWallet.
You need BTC available on Bybit EU, your own Bitcoin receiving address from the previous guide, and access to your account security methods such as email and 2FA if requested.
The smallest amount the platform currently allows you to send in one withdrawal.
The platform fee for the on-chain withdrawal. It is not the same thing as the minimum withdrawal.
Open Withdraw on Bybit EU and select BTC. To send bitcoin to your own BlueWallet, use On-chain Withdrawal rather than Internal Transfer.
Fill in the withdrawal details on the same screen.
The Bitcoin address shown in the screenshot is the test address used in our guide examples. Do not copy it. For your withdrawal, use the receiving address from your own BlueWallet.
In our example, Amount is 0.00028 BTC, Transaction Fee is 0.000068 BTC, and Amount Received is 0.00028 BTC. On this screen, the fee is charged in addition to the displayed withdrawal amount rather than being deducted from Amount Received.
The values in the screenshot are only the example shown when this guide was created. The current minimum and withdrawal fee can change. Always use the values shown in your own account.
After you press Confirm, Bybit EU shows a final review screen. Check the wallet address, Chain Type, Actual Amount Received, and Transaction Fee again before continuing.
If anything is wrong, press Back. “No verification needed for this address next time” is optional and relates to future withdrawals to the same address. You do not need to enable it for your first withdrawal.
Bybit EU may show a Travel Rule Verification form. The first option may be set for another platform or crypto service provider. Because you are sending to your own BlueWallet, change it to Personal wallet and then choose My Wallet.
In Purpose of transaction, enter a short and accurate reason for the transfer. It is a free-text field and requires at least 4 characters.
A simple example that clearly describes a transfer to your own wallet.
After entering the purpose, make sure the information is correct and tick the confirmation box. The screen should look similar to the example below.
If all the details are correct, press Submit to continue.
Enter the real details for your own transfer. The example in this guide does not replace the information that must be accurate for your transaction.
Depending on your account, the address, and the checks applied by Bybit EU, you may be asked for extra steps such as an email verification code, 2FA, or wallet ownership verification. Follow only the instructions shown on the official Bybit EU website or app.
After you submit the withdrawal, Bybit EU processes the request and the transaction is sent to the Bitcoin network. The timing is not always the same. You can check your withdrawal history and once a TXID is available, confirm that the transaction has been sent to the network.
You have now connected the first three practical steps of the journey: you bought bitcoin, created and secured your own self-custody wallet, and learned how to move BTC from Bybit EU to your own Bitcoin address.
No. The address in the screenshots is the test address used in our examples. For your withdrawal, use your own Bitcoin receiving address from BlueWallet.
The minimum withdrawal is the smallest amount you are allowed to send. The withdrawal fee is the platform fee for the withdrawal. They are two different things.
Not when you are sending BTC to a Bitcoin address in BlueWallet. For this process, choose BTC, the Bitcoin network.
It means the destination is a personal wallet rather than another platform or crypto service provider. In our example, that is your own BlueWallet.
There is no fixed time. It depends on platform processing and the Bitcoin network.
It is the transaction identifier on the Bitcoin network. Once available, it can be used to track the transaction.
